For our Belgian operations, we are currently looking for a part-time Payroll Officer (2,5 days per week) for our Temporary staff.

Function
As Payroll officer you will be the first point of contact for our temporary workers and ensure an accurate payroll process;

  • Time sheet management: ensure all time sheets have been received and are correct, input time sheet data into Easypay and prepare for payment
  • Contract management: renew weekly worker contracts, create new contracts both for workers and clients
  • Check client invoices (weekly or monthly) for accuracy and send to clients
  • Check weekly paychecks for accuracy and send to temporary workers
  • Check the time sheet email inbox and ensure all questions from both workers and clients are being handled in a timely matter
  • Handle all other administrative documents related to temporary workers such as C4's, yearly fiscal documents, reporting etc


Profile

  • Very good knowledge of Dutch and French, good professional knowledge of English
  • You have at least a few years experience in handling payroll for temporary workers (interim)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Easypay
  • Very good knowledge of social law regarding temp workers
  • You hold a valid Federgon certificate
  • You are efficient, accurate and detail oriented
  • An excellent communicator on all levels of an organisation
  • You are flexible and available


Offer

  • Freelance or contract
  • Availability of 4 hours on Tuesdays is a must (payroll preparation) other days preferably 4 hours on Thursday or Friday (contract renewals + payslips) other 4 hours free to choose (various administration)
  • Home working + flexible working hours
